Naughty Nelly's Rotisserie Chicken Rub
The right blend of salt, garlic, onion, paprika and spices for anything poultry. Use as an all purpose seasoning or as a great dryrub. Mix 3 tablespoons of Naughty Nelly's Rotisserie Chicken with a 1/2 cup of olive oil for a great wet rub for a rotisserie chicken. Cook to 165 degrees F internal temperature.
